The cart is the same. What comes off it isn’t. A poolside college graduation got a matcha bar, because iced matcha in July suits a backyard full of people in swimsuits better than hot lattes do. A client appreciation event in the afternoon got an espresso martini bar. A ribbon cutting at the Cleveland Public Library got a hot cocoa bar, which turned out to be the right call for a crowd that included a lot of families.

Timing & Service Window
Most events book 1 1/2 to 2 hours, sometimes more, covering the stretch when guests actually come through. Setup happens before that window and breakdown after, so your booked time is all service.
Indoors or Outdoors
We serve poolside, under tents, in gardens, and outside for ribbon cuttings. We need a level surface and access to power, and we’ll talk through shade and weather contingency when you book.
Space & Placement
The cart fits in a lobby, atrium, ballroom foyer, tent, or backyard. We coordinate with your venue on placement and load-in access ahead of the day.
Guest Count & Flow
For larger counts or a tight window, we bring a second cart and additional baristas so the line never becomes the thing people remember.

We cater events across Downtown Cleveland and throughout Northeast Ohio — including Lakewood, Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, Westlake, Strongsville, Beachwood, Solon, Parma, Rocky River, Bay Village, Avon Lake, Euclid, Mentor, Medina, and Chagrin Falls. There is no travel fee within our standard service area.
We are available at venues throughout Cleveland and have worked at many of them — including Windows on the River, the Cleveland Museum of Art, House of Blues Cleveland, Music Box Supper Club, Great Lakes Science Center, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and Progressive Field — as well as the Warehouse District, Flats East Bank, Playhouse Square, and University Circle, and private homes and backyards across the suburbs.
