We provide a premium service for corporate events and weddings. When you hire Cleveland Espresso for your Cleveland event, we come fully staffed and equipped to serve your guests – whether it’s 50 people or 500 people. Or more!

The only thing we need from you is power to run our equipment.

BOOKING FEE: When booking our service, there is a booking fee in addition to the beverage fee. This fee pays for administrative staff, and offsets our operating costs, license fees, commercial insurance, tech fees, equipment, pre-event preparation, and setup. The booking fee varies depending on location, duration, menu options, and setup requirements.

BEVERAGE FEE: The beverage fee is a per person fee not per beverage, and is calculated based on the menu items you choose. As with food catering, the fee is calculated by your guest count in order that we come prepared to serve your guests.

BARISTA FEE: Barista staffing is calculated as a separate charge. Our baristas are paid well because we want their loyalty (plus they work super hard!). Most of our team has been with us for years. The number of baristas needed is based on your guest count and menu items, and sometimes location is taken into consideration as well.  

TRAVEL FEE: If you are outside of our service area, there will be a travel fee for our baristas to come to you. If accommodations are needed, the fee charged to us will be included in your quote. We don’t upcharge travel costs.

Costs of Running a Mobile Coffee Popup

Running a mobile coffee bar for events is no small task. It starts early in the morning – sometimes 3 or 4 a.m. – long before the first cup is served.

Mornings begin with prepping ingredients and every event requires transporting equipment, hauling water, and managing supplies – with load-in often in unpredictable weather or tight spaces.

Unlike chain coffee shops, we’re designed to serve large crowds quickly, so every detail has to be dialed in from the start.

Since event-based work isn’t always guaranteed or predictable, maintaining a reliable team is challenging, which is why we pay them well to ensure their dedication. Our baristas work incredibly hard, handling the heavy lifting, setup, and breakdown while delivering top-quality service under tight time constraints.

After the event, the work isn’t over—everything is packed up, hauled back to the warehouse, thoroughly sanitized and restocked for the next event.

Our baristas put in a lot of physical effort to make it all happen, which is why our pricing reflects the hard work behind the scenes.
