
BOOKING FEE: When booking our service, there is a booking fee in addition to the beverage fee. This fee pays for administrative staff, and offsets our operating costs, license fees, commercial insurance, tech fees, and equipment. The booking fee varies depending on location, duration, menu options, and setup requirements.
BEVERAGE FEE: The beverage fee is a per person fee not per beverage, and is calculated based on the menu items you choose. As with food catering, the fee is calculated by your guest count in order that we come prepared to serve your guests.
BARISTA FEE: Barista staffing is calculated as a separate charge. Our baristas are paid well because we want their loyalty (plus they work super hard!). Most of our team has been with us for years. The number of baristas needed is based on your guest count and menu items, and sometimes location is taken into consideration as well.
TRAVEL FEES: If you are outside of our service area, there will be a travel fee for our baristas to come to you. If accommodations are needed, the fee charged to us will be included in your quote. We don’t upcharge travel costs.
